  • What documents do I need to file my Taxes?
    • You will need any and all recived forms (W-2 and/or 1099MISC) ID's, SSN and/or ITIN for you, your spouse, and your dependents.
  • How many years of taxes can I declare?

    • The IRS suggests that you file all pending years where you had taxable income.

  • What is the difference of a W-2 and a 1099-MISC?

    • A W-2 you will receive from an employer who withheld employment taxes.  A 1099MISC form will report only your income without deductions.

  • Why do I need to bring my bank account information?

    • The IRS suggests Direct Deposit for your refunds as it is the safest and fastest way.

  • Do I have to renew my ITIN?

    • That depends on the ITIN sequence and if it has been over three years without filing. 

  • What do I need to do to renew or get an ITIN?

    • All you will need is your valid passport!

  • What does my underage child need to obtain an ITIN?

    • He/She will need their passport, Birth Certificate, and school and/or medical record.

  • How long does it take to renew my ITIN?

    • 4-6 weeks.
